Disabling HTML Help

Hi guys,
How is it possible to completely disable the HTML help stuff from launching within PWB?

I cant simply flush the C:\Windows\Help folder as it is required for another profile.

Any suggestions?

If you are using NTFS as your file system, just deny access to the files to the user you do not want using them through the file and folder premissions.
