No URL Shown in Address Bar

using pwb v2.09

First window has address bar turned off because it's our agreement web page. When user clicks agree, it opens a new window that has address bar turned on but no URL appears at anytime except one that's typed in.

If it's a simple ini setting I haven't found it. Please help.

This is fixed in PWB v2.09.1 currently in final beta testing. PWB v2.09.1 is available on our Beta Download page.

We are hoping to have PWB v2.09.1 released within the next two weeks.
