Setting up the Proxy

Do you need to set both

UseCustom=True

and

ProxyEnable=True

to set the proxy?

Yes, the Use Custom setting enables PWB to set the proxy, the Enable Proxy actually enables the IE proxy. We put in both settings because someone may want to disable the IE proxy when running PWB by using the custom proxy with the proxy disabled.
