pwb and pcres from envisionware

Anyone ever come across an error for a patron when they get to the 10 minute and 5 minute mark before their pc res session is over that a pwb error comes up saying :"pwb mfc application has encountered a problem and needs to close". Other windows then appear saying app name, version, etc. and you can supposedly send an error rept that goes to the local doc s & settings temp folder. Of course we have deep freeze on so when we reboot we can't find the message. I'm now testing w/df disabled and logged in w/ a guest card to pcres to see if at the 10 and 5 minute marks I get the message. The same patron has the prob. on diff. pc's and he's in diff. pwb websites so hard to narrow down the probl. Pcres people suggested I try to get screenshots of errors in order to help diagnose.

Do you have pop-up windows disabled?

If the 10 and 5 minute mark are warned via a pop-up window and you have pop-up windows disabled, this can sometimes causes an error.
