run time error 52

i have a problem that is i want to install a program for programing but when i click the stup button and my screen will appear visual basic 6.0 toolkit run-time error 52, so may i know which excellency can teach me how to solve this problem, thank you.

Run time error 52 is a bad file name or number, check to make sure you have all the files you need.
