Public Web Browser uses the Internet Explorer HTML rendering engine. Because of this PWB is limited to the functionality of the current version of Internet Explorer installed on the computer. The print preview was introduced in Internet Explorer startnig with version 5.5, Internet Explroer 5.0 does not have a print preview.
You will need Internet Explorer 5.5 or better to use the Print Preview.
