In your INI file, use the full paths to the files for PWB. For example if your files are located in the folder C:\PWB set your INI file like this.

[Files]
CheckURLFile=C:\PWB\URL.txt
AccessMessageFile=C:\PWB\Access.txt

This will ensure PWB will be able to find the files.

I have emailed you as much details as possible for this. Let me know when you receive it and if you need anything more. Although that was before I followed your recommendations to add the full paths.

After adding the full path it is working better. It comes up with no errors.

Except it is opening in a new PWB. Is it possible to force this to open to the Parent PWB Page, instead of a new instance of PWB?

By disabling the second instance nothing happens now...

Before the second instance was the new PWB opening to the Web Link

By the way we did get your email thank you. The messages you are seeing are PWB and not ManageIE.

We just need to get your PWB configured for this scenario.

Any ideas with this yet?

Currently we are stuck with it not opening anything when we select a shortcut to a web link under the applications folder, that opens in PWB.

Any way this can open in the current PWB?

Did you set both these settings in PWB?

DisableSecondInstance=True
SecondInstanceNavigateCurrent=True

Seems to be working better now.

Thanks for all the help with this headache.

One last question

The EnableAdvancedClose ini ... it says if you are having problems with PWB closing enable this option... that mean if it is closing unexpectedly? Or with forcing it to close?

The EnableAdvancedClose should be set if a web site that normally should be able to close PWB via JavaScript is not able to.
