Problem with Shell bar
I'm refreshing our public machines and I've updated them to IE7 and XP SP3. I also updated PWB from 2.09 to 2.10.4.
As soon as I installed 2.10 I ran into a problem. After updating (using ini update) I can no longer see the address bar nor the entire browser display. It is a blank screen with just ...

Problems with Write-n-Cite
We are trying to use Refworks Write-n-Cite utility on our public machines. Once you do if you have no citations stored online it brings you to a help page with a few links ...

Problem with screen painting
Hi,
I am running v2.09.3 on an XP machine and I am trying to run it in kiosk mode. When I set kioskmode=true and start PWB there is a problem with screen painting in the toolbar area. At first the whole top of the screen was missing. Not sure what I did to fix that but now what I still am having a ...

2.08.3 question
Hey Scott,
I saw 2.08.3 was out and the file date on the ini file had changed to Aug 25th. Can I use my 2.8.0 ini file with 2.08.3 or do I need to change that?
Any chance you could post the announcment about the upgrade and what it so we can decide whether to upgrade our machines?
Thanks!
Rick

Shell Bar Icons
Hi Scott,
Thanks for all the work on the shell bar since the earlier versions but I have one question. Is there anyway to completely eliminate icons on the shell bar and have it just text?
I tried a size of zero but that just shows it at the default size of 22.
Thanks
